Cancellation Guidelines

Within 24 Hours:

You can cancel your order without any charges within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. Please notify us via Email, WhatsApp, or Call Support.

After 24 Hours:

If your cancellation request is received after 24 hours, 35% of the order amount will be deducted as a processing fee.

After 48 Hours:

For cancellation requests made after 48 hours, 50% of the total amount will be deducted.

After Five Days:

We regret to inform you that orders cannot be canceled after five days of confirmation.

Order Shipped? No Problem!
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can take advantage of our 30-Day Easy Return Policy.

Simply ship the product back to our warehouse.
Once the return is processed, you will receive a refund for the total amount as per our return policy.
