Order Cancellation Policy

🕒 Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel your order, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing it. Cancellations must be verified through your registered Email, Phone, or WhatsApp before being processed.


Within 24 Hours of Purchase:
You can cancel your order with a 15% processing fee (to cover administrative and payment gateway costs). The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.


➤ Between 24 to 48 Hours of Purchase:
Cancellations during this window will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Note: Once an order is processed for shipment or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

🚚 After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still be eligible for a return or exchange.
