Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are in original condition with tags and packaging.

If the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
