You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Returns are accepted provided the item meets the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  1. Contact Us: Email info@jackiit.com within 30 days of delivery. Please use the subject line “RETURN” and include your name and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive your authorization, please ship the item to the address listed below.

Return Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or preference, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Specific Scenarios

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for a different size or color. Please contact us at info@jackiit.com with the subject “EXCHANGE” to begin the process. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for an exchange.
  • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped. After an order has been dispatched, it must be returned according to the standard process.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately with photos at info@jackiit.com. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  • Item Never Arrived: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If the issue is unresolved, contact our team for assistance.
