Return & Exchange Policy – Jackiit

At Jackiit, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returning or exchanging an item simple, fair, and stress-free.

🔁 30-Day Return Guarantee

You may return most eligible items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

❗Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging/tags may not be accepted.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@jackiit.com with:

  • Subject: “RETURN – [Your Order Number]”
  • Your name
  • Reason for return
  • Photo(s) if the product is damaged or defective (optional but helpful)

✅ Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

💳 Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

🌍 International Returns & Fees

  • Customs/Duties: International buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
  • Restocking Fee: May apply depending on the item’s category and condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

To protect product hygiene and prevent misuse, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Multiple size/variation orders of the same item
  • Returns made after 30 days from delivery

🔄 Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? No problem:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer covers return shipping

Email info@jackiit.com with subject: “EXCHANGE – [Your Order Number]” and mention the size/color you want.
Once received and approved, we’ll dispatch your replacement.

❌ Order Cancellations

Before Shipping:
You can cancel any order before it has shipped for a full refund. Send an email with subject: “CANCEL – [Your Order Number]” to info@jackiit.com

After Shipping:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. However, you may still return the item once received (see return section above). Use subject line: “REFUND – [Your Order Number]”
