• Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

• International shipping fees vary based on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days handling + 10–12 business days typical delivery

• International Shipping: 4–6 business days handling + 12–15 business days typical delivery (may vary by country and customs processing)

Shipping Methods & Fees

• Payment for shipping is prepaid via credit or debit cards.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• International shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout—no hidden or surprise fees.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled only before shipment by contacting us at info@jackiit.com.

• Cancellations after shipment are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

• Import Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in shipping costs.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a full physical address.

• All orders ship from our warehouse in Wilmette, IL, United States.
